1. Return Eligibility

✅ We Accept:

  • Unopened vinyl (original shrink wrap intact)

  • Defective items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Wrong items shipped

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Opened vinyl (unless defective)

  • Damage from improper handling

  • "Final Sale" items

2. Timeframe

⏳ 14 days for standard returns
⏳ 30 days for defective items

3. Return Process

  1. Email First: Contact@mintedvinyl.shop with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of issue (for defects)

  2. Wait for Authorization (24-48 hour response)

  3. Ship Back:

    • Use original packaging

    • Recommended to add tracking/insurance

4. Refund Details

⏱️ Processing: 5-10 business days after receipt

  • Original shipping costs

  • 15% restocking fee (non-defective returns)
